What Is Your Delivery Time?

We will deliver your purchase within 2-4 working days after receiving your order.

By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping terms and conditions. Most orders get delivered within time frames mentioned above. However, in rare situations, external factors can cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 5 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund. 

 

What Is Your Shipping Rate?

We'll ship anything on our site to anywhere in the United States—even Alaska and Hawaii. We charge a fix shipping fee 8.95 USD/Free over 200 USD. We take pride in ensuring that each and every order is handled with the utmost care and shipped from our warehouse to you, as quickly as logistically possible.  

 

How Do I Know When My Order Ships?

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped from our warehouse. An order tracking number, carrier specification and a link so that you can access the order status will be available on the email.

 

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an order tracking number and carrier specification on your Shipping Confirmation email. The email will also provide a link so that you can access the order data. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

What Happens If My Package Gets Lost?

If your package is lost or you are having trouble locating your package, please email support@maxclayton.us and we'll be happy to assist you!

 

What If I Entered The Wrong Shipping Address?

We guarantee delivery only to the address provided at the time your order is placed. Please email support@maxclayton.us if you want to change a shipping address and we'll be happy to assist you! Address changes for packages already in transit are not possible.

 

My Tracking Says "DELIVERED" But I Haven't Received Anything?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

  • Verify the shipping address in Your Order.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location for your package.
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery.
  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
  • Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE. Ask them who delivered the parcel and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information
If the parcel does not show up (an extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. Max Clayton cannot reimburse orders that were delivered incorrectly by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding! (Read our Terms Of Service)
