Returning an unwanted item?

Please note, orders made from the 16th January to the 1st March during our major sitewide sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Our standard policy of free returns for a full refund within 14 days will resume starting March 2nd.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we'll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order purchased on our website. Max Clayton gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the order delivery date.

For Return Inquiry, please email Please let us know what is your order number and which item(s) you want to return and if you want an exchange or a refund. Each customer that requires a return via email, receives a reply with an attached return label from Max Clayton within 24hrs. We will also inform you when is the last day to return the order. 

When you receive a label, simply print and attach it securely to your parcel and drop it off at any nearest Post Office (PO Locator | USPS). 

If your return is shipped to our warehouse after the time frames indicated in the email (within 14 days of the order delivery date), we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

‍Received Faulty or Damaged Products?

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 14 days of the order delivery date. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.

If you contact us about defective or damaged products after 14 days of the order delivery date, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or accept a return. 


How long will it take to deliver my return?

Delivery time will depend on the day that you drop your parcel at USPS. Standard parcels are typically delivered 2 working days after being dropped off.


How soon will I get my exchange item?

Your exchange item(s) will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days after you drop your return parcel off at any nearest Post Office (PO Locator | USPS). In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch. This is our Shipping page. 


When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment(s). A Refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method(s) of payment.

Refunds to credit/debit cards or PayPal usually take 1-2 business days. However, in rare situations, it takes 3-5 days.
